Terms & Conditions 

Please ensure you have read and understood our T&C's before receiving your lodge.

General Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation and Payment

  • Reservations must be made in advance via our website.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am.

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

  • Please adhere to check-in and check-out times. Early arrivals or late departures that are not requested and granted, may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made 21 days in advance for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 21 days in advance are non-refundable.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.

  • No smoking is allowed on the premises.

  • Pets are allowed in certain lodges (marked as dog friendly upon booking) and additional fees may apply if they are permitted. Please refer to additional dog friendly log T&C’s below.

5. House Rules

  • Guests must respect the property and the neighbours at all times.

  • Parties or events are not allowed at any time.

  • Bar and restaurant tabs must be settled daily.

6. Liability

  • The property owner is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during the stay.

  • Guests are advised to secure their valuables.

7. Changes to Terms

  • The property owner reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Additional Terms and Conditions for Dog-Friendly Accommodation

1. Acceptance of Dogs

  • A maximum of 1 dog is allowed per dog friendly lodge.

  • Guests must inform us in advance of their dog’s breed and name.

2. Breed and Size Restrictions

  • Certain breeds or sizes may be restricted. Please enquire before booking.

3. Vaccination and Health Requirements

  • All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from fleas and ticks.

  • Proof of vaccination may be requested.

4. Behaviour and Supervision

  • Dogs must be supervised at all times, both inside and outside the accommodation.

  • Excessive barking or aggressive behaviour may result in eviction.

5. Lead Policy

  • Dogs must be kept on a lead in common areas beyond the gated enclosure.

6. Cleanliness and Waste Disposal

  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs, both inside and outside the accommodation.

  • Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.

7. Damage Policy

  • Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused by their dogs.

  • A security deposit may be required.

8. Restrictions in Certain Areas

  • Dogs may not be allowed in certain areas (e.g. carpeted dining areas). Please check for specific guidelines.

9. Liability Waiver

  • Guests agree to waive any claims against the accommodation for any injuries or damages related to their dogs.
